Eric Clapton’s “Tears in Heaven” is probably one of the most heartrending songs in the world. Clapton wrote this song when he lost his four year old son, Conor, to a tragic accident. Conor fell out of an open window of a New York City apartment in March 1991. The little boy didn’t survive. After the calamity, Clapton came up with the touching lyrics in memory of his little boy.

When 20 year old Josh Brookes came on the stage of The X Factor Australia 2012, he decided to sing this very song. He dedicated it to his mom, who lost a child at birth. Brookes’ performance left an impact on the crowd, and he even managed to bring one of the judges to tears. Wait till you see this for yourself!
