If you ever visit Longville, Minnesota, you might get a chance to see this wonderful dog called Bruno. Every day, the precious pooch makes a four mile trip into Longville along Highway 84. He has been doing this ever since he first wandered into the town as a puppy around 12 years ago. The people of the city have even put up a statue of their town’s legendary dog!
Sharon Rouse works the reception desk at the Hansen Realty office. She says, “Everybody knows Bruno. May not know the people, but you’ll know Bruno.” Bruno takes his daily walk of nearly four miles to Longville and then makes his rounds around town, before heading back home to his owners, Larry and Debbie LaVallee. He has become the city dog of Longville.
